Scope and terms
What SiteRally includes, what needs your approval, and how hosting, updates and ownership work.
Terms version siterally-service-2026-10-18-v6. Effective 18 October 2026.
New orders use this five-page package. Existing orders retain the scope and Terms version accepted at checkout. The expanded website-care service below is offered as an additional benefit, without changing existing prices, billing consent or cancellation rights. Previous five-page Terms. Previous four-page Terms.
The website package
Standard setup is $299 USD. First 10 businesses can claim the setup package for $199 USD. It covers five static website pages for one business, one language and one service area, with photographs throughout. We agree the page plan for your business before purchase: typically Home, Menu or Services, About, Gallery or Work, and Contact. Your proposal records the exact pages. This is a business-information website, not a custom application. We can link to an existing booking service or online shop; a booking engine, shopping cart, inventory system, customer portal or POS is not included.
Paid setup work starts when we begin your requested customization after purchase, or begin launch preparation after you explicitly approve the prepared website as-is. We record that work and its start time. Creating your speculative preview before purchase does not count as paid setup work. If your content stalls, work pauses until it arrives. Paused work does not expire on a fixed forfeiture deadline, and monthly care cannot start before launch.
Your content and revisions
Provide business details, menu or service information and material you are authorized to publish. The setup package includes three revision rounds before launch. Uploads and corrections are reviewed before they appear on the website.
Launch approval
You review and approve the exact finished version before launch. Domain readiness and separate hosting-and-care authorization are required. A preview request, upload or setup payment does not itself authorize publication or recurring care.
Hosting and monthly updates
$19/month starts after approved launch and the agreed care authorization. It covers hosting, technical care and changes to your website’s content, photographs, menus or services, layout and design, including adding or rearranging sections within the agreed five-page website. There is no separate change fee for this work. There is no monthly edit-minute limit or one-batch-per-month restriction. Submit your instructions and authorized files through My website or your private content link. Changes are reviewed before publication. Fixes to our own defects are included. Covered updates pause while a renewal is overdue.
Website service boundaries
Gallery and website changes described above are included. The five-page plan can be adapted to your business; this does not include building a custom application or operating third-party booking, commerce or inventory software. We will explain any request that falls outside the website service and agree a suitable next step before proceeding. No new charge is authorized by submitting a request.
Failed renewal recovery
If a monthly renewal fails, hosting stays online for 30 days from the first failed renewal. We send reminders on days 0, 7, 14, 23 and 29. Covered updates pause while the account is overdue. Updating a card alone is not payment; only a verified payment stops the reminders and the offline countdown.
If the deadline passes unpaid, the website goes offline and future billing stops at service end. We send your website ZIP and the transfer guide to your verified billing email so you can host it elsewhere. Payment after service ends settles the invoice but does not restart canceled monthly care; restarting hosting requires fresh care authorization. The step by step guide is at Moving your website to a new host.
Refunds and cancellation
You receive a full setup refund if you cancel before paid setup work begins as described above. After that, refunds are proportional for setup work not yet performed. Fees for hosting and care already delivered are not ordinarily refunded, except where our defects or applicable law require a remedy. We explain the work completed and the refund calculation by email. This does not limit your statutory rights. Voluntary cancellation preserves your paid period; hosting and included care continue through it.
Domains and website ownership
You control your domain. Registration and renewal are separate. Your paid-for static website is portable, and you have the right to modify and host it. Moving your site never requires a new setup fee. SiteRally's shared tools and templates remain nonexclusive. The delivered HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets can be hosted on another static host. Private credentials are not part of the package. The managed SiteRally contact form needs a replacement after service end because it depends on our hosting. A new host needs its own configuration for forms and other hosted services. Follow Moving your website to a new host for the general steps.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorized to buy on behalf of the business. Business, menu and service facts must be accurate, and you must hold the rights to the photographs, logo, wording and other customer assets you provide.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, reservations or visitor numbers. We perform the work with reasonable care. Availability can be affected by maintenance, external providers and events outside our reasonable control. We address defects in our work as part of the service.
Liability and disputes
Where the law permits, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the issue. This limit does not exclude rights the law does not allow us to exclude, nor liability for fraud or gross negligence. Raise disputes by email first. There is no mandatory arbitration.
Payment
Stripe handles checkout and billing. Update payment details, view invoices or cancel renewal through Manage billing. Seller contact: SiteRally, 13359 N Hwy 183 #406-1201, Austin, TX 78750, United States.
