Publication and hosting terms

Terms version: self-serve-launch-v1. Review these terms and your total before confirming a purchase.

Start with a free account

Verify your email to create a free private workspace. A prepared business preview is a starting point made from public business information and reusable website designs. Access to a preview does not establish business ownership. Claiming a prepared website requires verified account access and authorization for that business.

Check the business facts, writing and photographs before publication. You can choose a design, replace content and use the available sections and settings. Manual edits are unlimited. A free account does not require a payment card or automatically become a paid subscription.

Starting and monthly AI credits

A verified account receives 500 starting AI credits once. Creating another website or starting another chat does not renew that trial allowance. The editor shows the credits available to you. AI requests can use different amounts of credits according to the work involved. Pending requests can temporarily hold credits while their result is confirmed.

The $19/month hosting plan includes 2,000 AI credits for each paid billing month. The first monthly allowance begins with verified paid hosting at approved launch. Later allowances refresh after successful renewal payment, using the subscription billing period. Paying the $49 publication fee alone does not activate monthly AI credits.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. There are no automatic credit top-ups or AI overage charges. When AI credits run out, manual editing remains available. The trial does not include a published website or production hosting.

AI proposals and your draft

AI can propose changes to the available website content, photos, sections and design settings. You review a proposal before applying it. Applying an edit changes your private draft; saving creates a stored version. Neither action publishes the website. AI can make mistakes. Check important facts, prices, contact details and claims before you approve publication.

The editor is for business-information websites. Custom applications, shopping carts, inventory systems, booking engines and POS integrations are outside this offer. You can link to services you already use.

Publication and monthly hosting

The standard publication fee is $49 USD. If your invitation includes a setup-fee waiver, your account shows $0 setup and applies the waiver automatically. You do not need to enter a code. Hosting and technical care cost $19 USD per month, with the first paid month confirmed when you approve your ready-to-publish website and complete checkout. Domain registration and renewal are separate. Any applicable tax and the total are shown before purchase.

You must approve the exact website version, authorize monthly hosting and complete domain readiness before launch. A payment, preview link, uploaded file or AI request does not authorize publication. Changes after launch are prepared in a private draft and require your approval before publishing.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe handles payment details, invoices and subscriptions. Use Manage billing to update payment details or cancel renewal without arranging a call. Cancellation preserves the paid period. Monthly credits do not renew without a successful payment. Billing status is established by verified payment records, not the browser return page.

If payment or launch fails, contact support from your verified account so we can reconcile the outcome before you retry. Do not pay a second time to resolve an uncertain result. Any applicable refund rights and remedies remain available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Your domain, content and export

You control your domain and must have permission to use the content and photographs you provide. Keep confidential records, payment-card details, passwords and private credentials out of uploads and AI chat.

Your paid-for static website can be downloaded and hosted elsewhere. Shared templates and components remain nonexclusive. Managed contact forms and other SiteRally-hosted services need replacement configuration when you move. Read the transfer guide.

Privacy and support

Our privacy notice explains website data, AI providers, usage measurement and deletion. Sharing an AI conversation with support requires your confirmation. Review the message and conversation contents before sending them. Support access does not approve a payment or publication.

Existing assisted orders
